Shipping and Ordering information.
All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of order. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or legal holidays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by email . If the delay is due to a backorder, you will receive notice by phone or email and be given the choice to wait for the backorder, substitute with another item, or cancel your order. Please note that if you have ordered multiple item(s) and one of the items is on back order, we will process the order and ship out whichever item(s) is in stock first.
For all Next Day, Second Day, and Third Day shipping services , once the package is picked up by the carrier, Eautoworks is not responsible for any delays during the shipping process. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries are made by any carriers for Second Day or Third Day shipping services. Signature is required on all deliveries (there must be someone to sign for the package or you have to pick it up from the local UPS office).

Unless specified, all orders in the domestic U.S. are shipped via UPS ground or USPS.

Canceling an Order
To cancel an item on back order, contact our customer service department here or call the number above. Please include your invoice number with the message. If the order cannot be canceled, you will be notified. You can also check you order status here .
