Return Policy
If your product becomes defective within the first thirty (30) days of the invoice date, you may return it for an exchange only. All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% of restocking fee. Before returning any item, you must contact our returns departm ent within thirty days of your invoice and we will provide you with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The RMA numbers are only good for 12 days from the day of issue. EAutoWorks Inc will only offer a refund on unopened items. Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange only.


In order to receive full credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping prepaid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packagi ng, and with all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. For all light products, please test the product for factory defects prior to installation. Once attempts of installation have been made, all light products are not returnable. No cancellation, refund, or exchanges on special order items . EAutoWorks Inc will not be liable if you order the wrong product. We provide technical specification and manufacturer part number information so that you can make an educated buying decision.
For any shipment that is refused, you will automatically be charged $5.00 or 10%, whichever is greater (for international orders we will charge 30% of the invoice price plus all shipping and duty that we pay for the returned product[s]), to cover costs associated with processing your order and return. Shipping costs are not refundable.


We will issue a full refund (or exchange) for the product when your return meets these guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error and within 30 days from invoice.


Damaged Products
Please check all the contents of your package upon delivery. If your product has been damaged in shipment, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please call us toll-free immediately at 1-800-905-8886. Our customer service representatives will guide you through a return and replacement. You may also complete our form for reporting shipment discrepancies. If you fail to report problems to us within 24 hours , then shipping damages may not be filed and you will be responsible to ship the damaged product back to us for a return or exchange at your cost.


Manufacturer's Warranty
After 30 days, all parts are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty . Manufacturer warranties vary and are included with your product and should be reviewed carefully for additional information.


EAutoWorks Inc and eautoworks.com provides a 30-day guarantee on the workmanship of products. After 30 days, any defect in the product must be addressed directly with the manufacturer. Please review the manufact urer's information you receive with your new product to learn more about the manufacturer's warranty. Make sure the carrier you choose for delivery requires a signature upon receipt (e.g. UPS, FedEx , or U.S. Certified Mail) This will protect you since we cannot be held accountable f or lost or misdirected mail. Please note: shipping and insurance costs are your responsibility .
